Brenda assisted my brother and I in selling our deceased mother's prior residence. Doing so is always a difficult and complicated process, but it was made even more challenging as my brother and I live out of state and the house required more than standard repairs to ready it for showing. Brenda had contacts for all work that was required, which was invaluable for us as we have no real local contacts, and assisted us by managing the process locally. Both she and her team worked tirelessly and in our opinion, went above the normal "call of duty" from beginning to end. Ultimately, the sales price turned out to be better than we expected. We rate Brenda's service as excellent and are grateful for her advice and assistance. We wholeheartedly recommend her for other sellers and buyers.
