Brendas help was very comprehensive. She had a great awareness of big important structural issues in a home. She also has a good grip on the smaller things, but still important to a buyer. For example, I was reminded to make an account with the electric company to avoid service interruption , which would have been costly to me to restart. I would definitely recommend her services to home buyers.
